In-Stock Items: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days

Custom Orders: Please allow 2-3 weeks for custom pieces to be handcrafted before shipping

Holiday Seasons: Processing times may be extended during peak seasons. We'll notify you of any delays

Order Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships
